Compared to vehicles powered by diesel and regular gasoline engines, natural gas vehicles emit 6-11% fewer greenhouse gases. 2By some estimates, like those shown in the Pennsylvania Utility Commission's Natural Gas Industry Overview Workshop, NGVs produce as much as 93% fewer toxins and 30% fewer greenhouse gas emissions.
